Hubris; slow response times; massive network outages; bad PR; a lack of innovation; missing market opportunities; being the early leader within the Corporate space… all of the aforementioned (and some not mentioned, etc.) Long story short: if the reports are true that RIM has hired outside firms as a part of their restructuring process the end of the firm as it was once known (including the reality that it may be forced to file bankruptcy) seems (inevitably) near.
