Apple’s resounding court victory (yet to be appealed) has already sent ripples through the industry as the fall-out still settles. What’s clear (be it real and/or perceived) is that the company has now officially cemented their ‘bully-status‘ akin to what Microsoft once did (that Apple railed against) not that long ago!
