Anyone paying attention to the on-going Apple / Samsung litigation should find it comes as no surprise that a S. Korean court ruled that the latter firm didn’t violate any patents regarding Apple’s iPhone design. Clearly, there was no bias and absolute neutrality within their decision (it is simply – beyond a shadow of any doubt – above reproach!)
