Despite (and/or because?) their profits increasing by 24% Apple still only paid 2% corporate tax (outside of America). Given that this is also where all of the production resides; whose fault is it: Apple’s and/or the local government (e.g., mainly China) who incentivized the firm to set-up their factories there?
