Despite shifting public and legislative sentiment (in America) the (supposedly) ‘Grand Theft Auto’ of ‘Pot’ games has been pulled by Apple (which reaffirms their tight corporate policy on game-compliance)… but this move does not fully explain why said game was allowed to be published (therein) to begin with.
