Dear Leader Follows Him.

The reason why North Korea is following one American on Twitter is anyone’s guess?

The third generation of Mindstorms is set to be released later this year… which, simply put, is a fantastic medium for allowing creative minds (both young and old) to embrace this excellent teaching tool!

Fotobar.

Polaroid… most people will barely recall a name that was once synonymous with photography has come up with an idea that just might bring the firm back: a printing cafe.
Think the Apple store model but for actually printing out photos (via a Smartphone / Tablet / Application, etc.) wirelessly. If successful; it’ll be good to see the firm reinvent itself. If not; it might be their final death knell… (as it’s yet to be determined if their business model will be viable in an era whereas most people are no longer printing their photography…)

‘Good Will’ Goes Far?

Perhaps it isn’t deja vu all over again (as the saying goes) regarding the FTC’s (Anti-Trust) investigation of Google… Unlike, Redmond’s experience times have obviously changed…

So what gives?; the Internet Boom has long since gone bust; decentralization; a continued sluggish economy; the Smartphone Revolution; friends in high-places, etc., etc.? Long story short: the firm is / was in all probability fortunate that a completely different set of circumstances exist today than previously (otherwise, the company in all probability would’ve have gotten off so easily – relatively speaking).

See Me…

Although the company has (at this juncture) no idea how they’ll actually be used (hint, hint: commercialized in all probability) Google’s Glasses could (still) turn out to be one of the most intriguing tech-stories of 2013.
