Sheer Excess Period!
Honestly, does anyone actually ‘need’ an 84-inch TV (let alone a Television to begin with for that matter?) Given the impact(s) of Global Warming, doesn’t anyone find it paradoxical that humanities’ energy demands continue increasing at a time when less raw material for producing it is readily available (aside from the damage that we’re doing to the environment itself!)

Free* Beer!
Not actually beer but free, on-line console games are being offered with a catch… you have to watch ads in order to gain more free-time… Whether this will be a new focus of the major gaming companies and/or just another niche-market is yet to be determined…

A Unilateral Realm?
Apple’s resounding court victory (yet to be appealed) has already sent ripples through the industry as the fall-out still settles. Flattery’s Really Expensive!
No surprise: A jury has ruled that Samsung infringed upon Apple’s patents and that the firm most pay $1 Billion in damages. To be continued…

An Impartial Ruling, Right?
Anyone paying attention to the on-going Apple / Samsung litigation should find it comes as no surprise that a S. Korean court ruled that the latter firm didn’t violate any patents regarding Apple’s iPhone design. Clearly, there was no bias and absolute neutrality within their decision (it is simply – beyond a shadow of any doubt – above reproach!)
