What?!

It is almost hard to believe but true; yes, the FCC actually fined AT&T $100 million dollars for throttling-down end-users’ ‘net access speed! Bravo!

On-going Hurdles…

Wouldn’t it be nice (even Utopian) if the FCC’s ‘net Neutrality ruling was just enacted and America’s Internet access was finally treated like a Public Utility?

Hurdles…

The FCC’s ‘net Neutrality ruling passed the first (of unfortunately what looks to be many) Telecommunication Industry objections as it was upheld in court to proceed as enacted (at this juncture).

Not This Time?

According to the FCC’s Chairman, lawsuits will not beat ‘net Neutrality this time (again proving how inane this entire exercise is/was in and as far as why wasn’t America’s ‘next access determined as a Public Utility months/years ago?)

‘net Non-Neutrality…

As America’s Telecommunications Industry continues to focus / lobby on tiering the Internet thereby skirting the real issue: overall (broadband) ‘net access speeds continue to fall woefully behind the OECD, a viable question is: what happens when ad-free websites conveniently fit … Continue reading
