If the reports are true (which skeptics will obviously await seeing become a reality) the FCC is actually planning on terming The Internet (yes, the ‘net) as a Public Utility… which means that America’s Telco Special Interests are in all probability working overtime in an attempt to garner enough Congressional-support to see that this does not become a reality…
